Add-onsThe bits a subscription can’t do on its own.
The library gives you every note and every video. These are the things that need a person: live teaching, work marked honestly, and a counsellor who knows what admissions readers look for.

Before you buy anythingWhat your plan already covers.
Most students need fewer add-ons than they expect. This is the honest line between what a subscription includes and what it doesn’t — the free column is the same limit the notes library enforces.
Free accounts read the first 5 notes and 2 video lessons of the first 5 topics in every subject.

Questions
Before you ask us.
Do I need a subscription to buy an add-on?
No. Add-ons can be bought on their own — plenty of students take tutoring hours or paper marking without a library subscription. They work better together, because a tutor can see what you have been reading and where you got stuck, but nothing requires it.
Do unused tutoring hours expire?
Hours in a block stay valid for twelve months from purchase. If your exam session ends before you have used them, they can be transferred to a sibling on request.
How quickly is work marked?
Past papers are returned within 48 hours. Internal Assessment reviews take up to five days per round, because they are read against every criterion rather than skimmed.
Is IA and Extended Essay help academically honest?
Yes, and that constraint shapes the service. Tutors give feedback on your work against the published criteria — what is missing, which band a criterion currently sits in, and what would move it. They do not write, rewrite or supply text for you, and the feedback is recorded so your school can see exactly what support was given.
Can we pay per month rather than upfront?
Tutoring blocks, mock series and counselling packages can be split across the term. Talk to us on a demo call and we will set it up before anything is charged.
Which curricula do you cover?
IB Diploma and MYP, IGCSE and GCSE, and A-Level, across the sciences, mathematics, economics, business and the humanities. If we cannot staff your exact subject and level well, we will say so on the first call rather than match you badly.
Not sure which one you need?
Start free with the notes and video lessons. When you want a person, bring a paper you did badly on to a free demo: a tutor will tell you whether the problem is content, technique or timing, and which add-on, if any, fixes it.
